Returns Policy
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.
Products eligible for return must:

Exchange Policy
We accept exchanges for:

Step 2: Ship the Product (After Approval)
After approval, securely pack and send the product to:

Share courier receipt and tracking number via WhatsApp.
Step 3: Inspection & Resolution
Once the product is received and inspected:

Replacement will be sent OR

Refund will be processed OR
- Exchange coupon may be issued (as applicable)
Refund Policy

Refunds are processed within 14 business days after inspection

Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue is from our side
Non-Eligible Cases

Damage caused due to misuse or improper handling

Products returned without prior approval
- Missing original packaging or labels
Incorrect Address & Reattempted Delivery
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and delivery fails:
- Customer must pay additional shipping charges for re-dispatch
In Cod Orders Advance Payment which contains shipping and cash handling fees is non Refundable
